Morning is the best time to start a day with positivity. Absorbing the energy of a pleasant morning makes the whole day energetic. Your habits at the start of a day speaks a lot about your activities of the whole day. There are some things that we should not do to start a productive day.
Do not snooze your alarm. Most of us set an alarm to wake up early at the morning. But what happens when we snooze it? When the alarm sounds and we slightly wake the brain gets the message to wake and produce hormones in the body that helps us to wake. But when we snooze and go back to sleep the brain gets confused about what to do. The melatonin hormone that helps to sleep is also produced at this time making the brain confused. This is not a healthy morning habit. It makes us feel dizzy.
The first thing we do after waking up will be going to bathroom. We should stop doing this. A wash room , bathroom or toilet is not a place of positivity. We have to imbibe positive vibes to our body sakin after we wake up. Look at a good wall art of your room or keep an indoor plant there so that you can wake up to it. Also make an access of what you are going to do on that day. This gives you positive vibes.
The room that we sleep shouldn’tbe completely dark. Our room should be in such a way that when it got morning the light and shade of the sun should come inside to our room through windows. This wakes the brain and energizes it. It gives the whole body a energy boost up and makes a productive morning for us
Do not keep mobile near you before you go to sleep. This not only causes the radiation to affect our health, we wake up to the lots of notifications and messages we received. We spend a lot of time looking at them in the morning itself which is not a productive habit. Not only this the artificial light from mobiles damages the cells of our eyes. So never look at your mobile soon after you wake.
Avoid having tea of coffee with lots of sugar in the morning. Intake of sweet in the morning itself makes us feel dizzy, seductive and tired. It is unhealthy.
Everyone have a routine. If not, we should have a proper routine of the day for a productive life. We should always stick to this routine where ever we go. These routines affects our brain too. So when we change it for a sudden , it makes the brain confused. Continuing this for a long will cause problems for future.
