When we think of chicken there is just anything more craving than a tender juicy delicious fried chicken that come to our mind? Most of us wish to learn the preparation of fried chicken so that whenever we wish to eat some we don’t have to wait for anyone! Let’s see how the Korean style fried chicken is made and it’s process in a factory.
A bulk of cleaned full chickens are deposited into a large container for salt work.Then a liquid, red in color known as salted solution is poured above the chickens and is connected to a giant machine which twists and turns the chickens so that the solution gets mixed well.
A large quantity of such salted chicken is send to the workers for cutting into desired pieces.This is done manually with the help of a sharp weapon.Pieces of each single chicken is collected to small containers and send for packing.
The chicken is allowed to pass through a bowl with a hole in its bottom and the packet placed there so that the pieces go straight into the packet.This is also done manually.A packet contains the pieces of a full chicken.These packets are collected together,poured with salted solution again and send for vaccum packaging.This is now ready to distribute among the shops.
A Fried chicken is prepared using an air fryer.At first the fryer is filled with oil and let to heat in medium.The salted chicken is immersed into a solution made of fried powder and water also with some potatoes that are cut into round pieces.Later it is dipped into fried powder.After removing the excess powder the pieces are thrown into an air fryer for frying.The pieces are removed from the oil after it gets fried.
This is served in two ways.Either by garnishing with parsley or by mixing it with seasoned sauce and sprinkling crushed peanut above it.
A full fried chicken is made using a whole chicken pre-cooked for 2 hours at 70 degrees at low temperature.The chicken is washed and immersed in the fried powder solution and thrown to the air fryer.After frying some garlic sauce is applied above the chicken using an oil brush and garnished with parsley.
