Having an own house is everyone’s biggest dream. It’s not about upon how large property that a home is made. The design and construction plays an important role in decoding how spacious and comfortable the house will be. Here is presenting the trendy contemporary style house of Mr.Hashim and Sabi, a house made in 4.5 cent property at 15000 sqft.
It is a two-storeyed house built with a living area, three bedrooms and two kitchens. The utility space is arranged at the first floor. It is a rectangle plot with a well in its backside. The front gate is a sliding gate combining with a wicket gate. We can see a lot of flower pots filled with beautiful indoor plants in the sit out.
The flooring of the sit out is done using Lapotra granite. The same is used for the stairs. All other flooring of the house is done using tiles. Three pillars can be see in a corner of the sit out with a combination of pargola. A bedroom’s window can also be seen here. A balcony can be seen in the first floor of the house at the area of sit out in the ground floor.
The front door is a double door, one small and the other large with a simple design. Tiling of the living area seems like a wooden floor and a simple ceiling is provided with a cozy L-shaped seating. Next to the living area is a dining hall and a partition made of plywood, decorated with decors and crafts can be seen in between. Opposite wall of the seating is decorated with polished natural stone.
The dining area of this house is a large space consisting of a four seating dining table, TV unit, staircase, wash area , door to the kitchen and a room in its corner. Handrail of the stair is made using steel and steps using Lapotra granite. It is done in a three turn model with two landing spaces.
Ground floor occupies a master bedroom and the two other bedrooms are in the first floor. There is a also a two tier teak wood bed for kids in the master bedroom. Wardrobe is did in full length. There is a dressing table and an attached bathroom too. Bathroom accessories are purchased from Jaguar and installed as wall mount fittings.
As mentioned earlier, there are two kitchens in this house. The first kitchen is a budget friendly one. No expensive designs are used here. It is a small L-shaped kitchen made with giving importance to storage. All the cupboards are made using plywood. A kitchen sink is also provided.
Next is the work area. The important works if the kitchen is done here. All the cabinets and the door of the area is made using aluminium. Matte finish tile is used for the floor. A bathroom can be seen outside when we go out through the work area. There is a washing stone too. As the backside of this plot is larger than the front side, it is utilised for washing area and there is a well.
The first floor consists of a hall, utility area and two bedrooms. The hall is arranged with a large sofa set and have two bedrooms in its two sides. The wardrobe of the bedrooms are made with sliding style. There is no special decorations in both. The second bedroom is connected to the balcony.The balcony view can be enjoyed through here.
