Time management is an important factor of any work. A work that is not finished within the time limit is an idol work. Be it an office work or household chores, everything have a time and everything should be done on time. An office work have fixed working time and schedules. But the case of household work is different. There is no fixed time so that we have to maintain a time schedule and complete home chores properly.
For this, first we have to wake up early in the morning. The more early we wake up, the more time we get to do things. It is said that ‘ The early bird wins the race’. People who are success in life always have the habit to wake early and get into their routines.
Remember that a winner and a loser have the same twenty four hours a day in their life. It’s up to how we make use of our time. Using our time productively will help us to achieve what we want. While being last and wasting time means wasting a portion of our life. Inorder to wake early,we have to go to bed early.
Soon after you wake engage yourself in praying to God. Talk to God and share everything you have in your mind with him. It relaxes us and help is stay stress feee.This gives a positive vibe and refreshes our mind. Meditation is an another choice. Stay relaxed and boost the mind through meditation. Choose a place that is calm and quote and meditate for some time.
Engaging in simple physical exercises in the morning boosts up and energizes the body. It helps to stay active and productive throughout the day. It increases blood flow and oxygen to the heart thats help in effective focusing. Lack of proper focus reflects in the activities. Our first activities of a day have a big role in deciding our activities of the whole day.
Keep a notebook or sticky note in your room. Before you go to sleep, write down the things that you have to do for the next day. After waking up re read what you have written and schedule your time for everything. This helps you to have a proper knowledge about the total activities that you have to do in a day. It helps for planning and organization. Tick mark every activity after you finished it.
Prepare yourself for the day. The moment you get out of your room to do the works is the moment you lose yourself in. So before starting prepare mentally and physically to engage in the works find some time for your self. It is not only enough to fulfil the needs of your husband, children and other members of the family. You are the one obliged to take care of yourself.
Attend the call of nature , brush your teeth and do some skin care routine like applying a moisturizer for the skin and any healthy drink for the body. Before taking care of anything else you have to take care of yourself in the first place. It gives you a positive vibe and a feeling os self care.
An important thing to avoid in the morning is the use of digital gadgets and social media. Do not take your phone soon after you wake up. We waste a lot of time there which can be used to do other things. Fix a time to use social media, reply to messages and to make calls. This should be the time after you finished your important works.
Make an early plan about the foods you are going to prepare for the next day. Make sure that you have all the essential ingredient to prepare those at home. If not available try to buy it or change your menu according to the available ingredients at home. Fill all the containers with essential food items like curry powders, grama, sugar, salt etc so that you dont have to run for it while cooking.
There are some works that can be done on the day before, for cooking. This helps to reduce the cooking time spent on the kitchen and finishes works quickly.Make ginger garlic paste, grate coconut, cut vegetables,soaking grams etc can be done on the before and keep it in the fridge using an air tight container. Note down the items that you have to buy and purchase it without fail.
Wash all dishes and keep the kitchen clean. There will be a lot of dishes left to wash that we used for dinner the day before. Clean all of them before you have to go to breakfast. It will be much better if you wash it in every night itself. Seeing the kitchen neat when you enter it in the morning gives a positive energy to do everything with a happy mind.
