This will help you have a good sleep

We all know the importance of sleep. A good sleep almost clear all the mental and physical disturbances that we feel. In reverse a lack of sleep affects us too. It have mental and physical results off unproductivity. Sleep deprivation causes lack of concentration and mindfulness. It affects the productivity of our activities and even cause depression when continued for long days.

A simple rescheduling can bring changes to this. Fix a time for everything you do. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on a fixed time. Fix a time for going to bed and follow it. Bring up proper sleeping patterns. This provides the mind a scheduling practice and our body automatically get habitual to it gradually.

Include some physical exercises in a day. This boosts up the body and increase metabolism. It helps the body to stay active and healthy. A healthy body always crave for the right sleep at right time. If our mind or body is weak it is a hindrance for proper sleep.

Do oil massages. It might not be possible to have oil massages on a daily base . Try to have it atleast two times a week. Oil massages to the body and head massages brings a soothing effect to the body and mind. This releases unwanted stress that were was conquered inside the body.
Avoid caffeinated beverages during and after late evenings. Caffeinated beverages like tea,coffee and other energy boosting drinks increases the activeness of the body and makes us stay away from sleeping.

Keep away all digital devices at least an hour before sleep. Lights from all digital devices affect our sleep. It gives the brain a feeling of daytime deviate us from sleeping. This happens because these lights reduces the production of melatonin hormone that helps us to sleep.

Avoid heavy and late night dinners. Dinner should be light weight and easily digestable. If the dinner is heavy or consumed at late nights the body have to work very hard for the digestion process. This keeps the mind awake and lag sleeping. Try to eat dinner atleast before 9 pm.

Do not think about anxious and stressful things in life before going to bed. Have good thoughts. Think about something happy and pleasant. This makes the mind relaxed and out of stress. A relaxed body and mind is needed for a peaceful sleep.
